Data Files: All countries Registering with any of the advertised bookmakers on Football-Data will help keep access to the historical results & betting odds data files FREE. Below you will find download links to all available Excel and CSV data files to use for quantitative testing of betting systems in spreadsheet applications like Excel. League tables, head2head statistics and information on goalscrores, first scorers and top scorers can now be accessed through the Livescore service. Notes.txt Data for the most recent results are combined together in one worksheet in Excel format. A complete Excel file for the current season with all 22 divisions (from 11 football nations) in separate sheets is available. You are free experiment with the data yourselves, but if you are looking for a bespoke Excel application that has been desinged specifically to work with Football-Data's files, visit BetGPS for an exceptional data analysis workbook. Like all of Football-Data's files, it's free to download. You might also consider Time Series Lab's Sports Statistics Package for analysing, modelling, and forecasting of time series focusing on sports results. The software allows you to choose from several probability distributions and model specifications to extract sports team strengths from your data. The software is based on football models that appeared in the academic literature. There is a module that allows you to directly download Football-Data files into the GUI. Additionally, Excel Whizz have kindly made available a little script (compatable with Excel 2013 and 2016 versions) that collates all data from individual division work sheets into one work sheet. Download the code here. Simply open the Visual Basic Explorer window (Alt+F11) and go to Insert - Module, then paste in the code.
